Return Policy
Drawstep accepts returns of products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Return Conditions
Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects. Products must be returned together with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support service at the email address drawstep2020@gmail.com. Please provide the order number, details of the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment used in the original purchase. The refund will include the value of the returned product, excluding the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
- Return Costs
The shipping costs to return the products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
- Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions established in this policy.
